摘要：
本文论述了以毛泽东为核心的中国共产党第一代中央领导集体,为西藏民族的发展进步付出的极大的努力,形成了一整套符合西藏实际的重要思想,这些重要思想对做好西藏工作有极其重大的意义。
Abstract：This paper studies the tremendous efforts that were made to the social progress of Tibet by the CPC Central Committee Leadership of the first generation headed by Mao Zedong. These important thoughts, which were formed in this process, have great practical significance to the social development of Tibet.
