达赖集团与日本建立关系较早,自从上世纪后半期,在日本反华势力的支持下,在日本成立各种"藏独"组织,开始了一系列的"藏独"活动。其中,达赖以宗教为幌子,频繁出访日本,拉拢和串通某些政要、议员,并以发表演讲、举行记者招待会为名,肆意歪曲西藏的历史和现状,到处兜售根本不存在的"西藏问题"等等,是达赖集团"藏独"活动的主要内容,这些活动致使"西藏问题"进一步国际化。日本不仅成了达赖讲经授法的"福地",而且也变相为他提供了一个阐述"西藏问题"立场的讲坛,"西藏问题"已成为干扰中日双边关系正常发展的一个重要因素。

The Dalai Clique established a tie with Japan in the latter half of last century. Since then, it has set up Tibetan separatist groups in Japan and plotted a series of Tibetan separatist activities with the support of Japanese anti-China forces. Under the pretext of preaching religion in Japan, Dalai delivered speeches and organized press conferences, in which he distorted the history and the current situation of Tibet and promoted his so-called Tibet-independence issue. Activities of this kind, which were held with the theme of Tibet independence, played a critical role in internationalizing the so-called issue of Tibet. As Japan not only serves as the place for Dalai to preach his religion but also a platform for him to advocate his idea of Tibet independence, the issue of Tibet has become a disturbing factor in the development of the normal Sino-Japan bilateral relationship.
