西藏的门巴、珞巴族是我国22个人口在10万以下的人口较少民族之一,门巴、珞巴族建设全面小康社会面临诸多困难,是西藏乃至我国建设全面小康社会的重点和难点。随着国家加大对人口较少民族的扶持力度,门巴、珞巴族迎来了发展的黄金时期。国家和西藏各级党委、政府要高度重视门巴、珞巴族的发展,采取各种切实可行的措施,加快门巴、珞巴族经济社会全面发展,使门珞人民顺利实现全面建设小康社会的战略目标。
Abstract：The Menba and Luoba in Tibet are among of 22 nationalities of population of less than 100 thousand in our country. There are many difficulties in the comprehensive construction of the well-off society for these two nationalities,and they remain to be the focus and difficulty in the development of Tibet,or even of the whole country. With the incresing support of our government to nationalities of less population,Menba and Luoba welcome the golden period of development. The State and party committees and governments at all levels in Tibet must attach great importance to Menba and Luoba,and adopt practical and various feasible measures to accelerate the economy development comprehensively,making the people of Menba and Luoba realize the strategic objective of construcing the well-off society smoothly.
