藏民族在其生存环境中形成的独具特色、丰富多样的传统生态文化,是藏族传统文化的重要组成部分,其核心是价值维度,具体包括:生活价值——"身外的自然"的开启和拓展;方法价值——"自身的自然"的延伸和放大;精神价值——人的自我超越;负价值——人类发展的阶段性和理性的有限性。准确地理解与把握藏族传统生态文化的精神实质,对于继承藏族优秀传统文化和当前建设生态西藏都具有十分重要的意义。

Traditional Tibetan ecological culture is an important component of Tibetan traditional culture. The core of it lies in its value dimensions,including the value of life-the opening and expansion of the world outside;the value of methodology-the extension and enlargement of the world inside;the value of spirit - self-transcendence as well as the negative value-the stages of human development and the limitation of rationality.A good understanding of traditional Tibetan ecological culture is of great significance to the inheritance of Tibetan traditional culture and the construction of an eco-Tibet.
