70年来,西藏学前教育经历了从低速发展到高速发展,再到全面发展的发展历程。全国学前教育高速发展为西藏学前教育发展提供了时代"势能",党和国家的重视和关怀为西藏学前教育发展提供了强劲"拉力",西藏经济社会高速发展为西藏学前教育发展提供了物质"推力",人民教育需求日益增长为西藏学前教育发展提供了内生"动力"。面向未来,西藏学前教育要进一步加强党的领导,明确发展方向,维护民族团结,在不断加大经费投入,用好中央支持政策的基础上,发挥群众主观能动性,促进学前教育高质量发展。
Abstract：Over the past 70 years, preschool education in Xizang has experienced a development process from low-speed development to high-speed development to all-round development. For the development of preschool education in Xizang, the rapid development of national preschool education has provided the“potential energy”of the times, the attention and care of the party and the state have provided a strong“pull”,the rapid economic and social development of Xizang has provided a material“thrust”. The growing demand for education has provided an endogenous“driving force”for the development of preschool education in Xizang. Facing the future, Xizang's preschool education should further strengthen the party's leadership, clarify the direction of development, safeguard national unity, give full play to the subjective initiative of the masses and promote the high-quality development of preschool education.
