近年来,西藏围绕"绿色生态、特色精品、优质高效、健康养生"的高原生态农业建设思路,不断培育新型农村经营主体,使农业产业链得到有效延伸,推动了西藏农牧区经济社会发展。研究表明,西藏农牧区一二三产业之间具有很大关联性,但是主要存在产业融合程度低、产业发展环境不完善、融合项目成长困难和缺乏对农户的辐射带动力等问题,推进农牧区一二三产业融合发展,对于统筹西藏城乡全面发展,构建现代农业经营体系和拓宽农牧民增收渠道等具有重要现实意义。对此,应正确认识产业融合寓意、改善产业融合发展环境、建立科学利益联结机制、提升产业融合发展力和落实产业融合着力点等,全面推动西藏农牧区一二三产业融合发展。

The research shows some problems in Tibet's agricultural and pastoral areas, such as low degree of industrial integration, imperfect industrial development environment, difficulties in the growth of integration projects and lack of radiation driving force for farmers. In this regard, we should correctly understand the implication of industrial integration, improve the development environment of industrial integration, establish a mechanism of linking scientific interests, enhance the development of industrial integration and implement the focus of industrial integration, so as to comprehensively promote the development of integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in Tibet's agricultural and pastoral areas.
