摘要：
藏族英雄史诗《格萨尔》分部本《赛马称王》中所体现的崇尚勇武、赞美力量;公平竞争、胜者为王;部落议会、军事民主等道德现象,是当时部落社会道德理想的一个范本。将这种道德现象以一定的形式进行传播和发扬,对社会的稳定、文化的传播、思想教育等的作用是不可低估的,可以说是起到了"习惯法"的作用。
Abstract：The Tibetan epic Judging the Winner by Horse-Race from the book Gesar reflected some moral concepts including the bravery,power,fair competition and trial meetings and military democracy, which were models of social moral norms of that time.It is significant to spread and develop this kind of moral phenomenon on social stability,culture dissemination and ideological education.It plays the role of"habitual law".
